Capturing Autism

CapturingAutism.com is my new blog home, and I’m just settling in.

I’m grateful to Insideschools.org for giving my autism stories a platform for the past four years, and although I plan to continue writing about our NYC school challenges, my son’s diagnosis has affected each and every aspect of our lives and I don’t know how not to write it all down.

The absence of an editor in this new endeavor makes me heady with independence but also fully aware that no one to answer means no one to be saved by. So consider yourself warned.

I’m not certain how often I’ll find time to write—I’ll try for shorter posts more often.
